Soak the dates for an hour, remove the bones. Pass one banana and softened dates through a meat grinder, add cinnamon.
Chop the almonds and half the volume of the flax seed not too finely.
Add ground almonds and flax seed to the date-banana porridge, periodically mixing, until the optimum consistency. The mixture should not be too thick to make sweets.
The second banana, peel and cut into circles 1-1.5 cm thick. We cut each circle into quarters.
In a coffee grinder, grind the rest of the flax seeds. Pour the finished seed evenly with a thin layer onto a wide flat plate. We take our dough and form a candy with our hands, laying the banana pieces inside, form the candy carefully, gently slapping it on our sides with your fingertips. Having made a ball, we roll it in flax seed, finally we form a beautiful shape.
Put the candies on a plate and you can eat.
