Smear one pita bread with half sour cream and sprinkle the grated cheese on a fine grater. Cover with a second pita and press down with your hands so that the layers stick together.
Lubricate the remaining pita bread with sour cream, then evenly spread the Korean carrots and chicken slices. Roll into a roll.
Slice and serve. You can also put in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees before serving, then the cheese will melt and you get a delicious, hot appetizer.
