Grease pita bread with mayonnaise. Finely chop the cabbage, cut the cucumber, cheese and ham into strips.
Pita conventionally divide into 4 parts for laying out the filling. Immediately put the cabbage and cucumber, then the sausage and a little cheese, in the last two parts, we fix the cheese. Wrap the edges as shown in the photo.
Roll the whole pita bread roll from the side of the cabbage. Fry the roll from pita bread until crisp in a dry frying pan or in the oven.
Ready roll with pita bread served warm.
