Wash the potatoes well and boil them in salted water until half-cooked, no need to peel. Boil the lentils until cooked. Heat oil in a pan, add 6 pcs garlic. and rosemary, warm for 2 minutes.
Move rosemary and garlic out or remove from the pan altogether. Fry quickly over high heat on all sides. After boiling the potatoes, bake at 200 degrees until golden brown.
In the pan after the meat, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Then add lentils to the onion. Stir well and let the lentils warm.
Add chopped greens and the remaining garlic to the lentils, cook for 5 minutes.
Place the fried rack on roast potatoes and bake for 20 minutes.
On a plate, put lentils, a few potatoes and a prepared rack, garnish with fresh vegetables and serve.
