Cut the meat into small pieces, salt and season to taste. Leave to marinate for now.
For the dough, grind the butter with flour into crumbs. Add 1 egg, cold water and salt. Knead the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Cut the vegetables into cubes and fry in oil until soft.
Grate cheese on a fine grater and mix with eggs, add sour cream and cream.
Roll out the dough and transfer to a baking dish, making bumpers. Place half of the vegetables on top of the dough.
Transfer half of the meat to the vegetables.
Cover 1/3 with the cheese mixture.
Repeat all layers. The last layer is the sliced tomato from which you want to remove the skin.
Cover the cake with the cheese mixture and smooth evenly.
Bake at 180 C for about 45 minutes. Chill slightly and serve.
