Melt 4 tablespoons of sugar until brown.

To warm water add sugar, melted sugar, yeast and citric acid. Mix well until completely dissolved.

Pour kvass into plastic bottles, close tightly with lids and leave for a day in a warm place in a horizontal position. If the place is not warm enough, you can leave it on the 2nd day.

Kvass to cool.
