Cut oyster mushrooms, chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until light golden. At the end, salt and pepper a little.
Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes, rinse the millet well. Put the potatoes and boil the millet until the potatoes are ready.
Then add mushrooms with onions, salt to taste and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve the kulesh sprinkled with chopped herbs.
