Dice the bacon and onion, fry in a pan until golden.
Grate the potatoes and squeeze out the liquid. Pour hot milk on it. Beat eggs and add to potatoes, mix well.
Then pour the fried bacon with onions, salt and pepper to taste.
Add the grated cheese and mix.
Grease a bowl of multicookers a little with vegetable oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put the prepared mass in a bowl and cook in the “baking” mode for 60 minutes, then turn on the “heating” mode and cook for another 40 minutes.
Let the kugelis cool down a bit, then pull it out and cut into pieces.
