Fry the seeds and sesame seeds in a dry pan.
Pour honey, lemon juice and sugar into a saucepan and melt the sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Then add the seeds with sesame seeds, mix well and simmer for 15 minutes.
Pour the mixture on a flat surface moistened with cold water, smooth and let cool. When the kozinaki cools down, move it onto moistened baking paper and preheat it a little from below to let the mixture lag behind the plate. Cut into pieces and let stand for 5 minutes.
Kozinaki with seeds and sesame seeds is ready.
