Dice the onion, and grind the pumpkin on a Korean carrot grater.
Pour the oil into a preheated pan and add the onion, fry until golden brown. To the onion, add the garlic passed through the press, salt and seasoning, mix well and warm for a few seconds.
Transfer the hot onion with spices to the pumpkin and mix well, then add the vinegar and honey. Stir again.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Bon Appetit!!!
