Cooking
1. Stage
In a medium saucepan over high heat, beat sugar, soy sauce, water, onion powder, and ground ginger. Boil. Reduce heat to a minimum and cook for 5 minutes.

2. Stage
Remove mixture from heat, refrigerate and add lemon juice and hot chili. Put the meat in the mixture. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Meat is better to take chicken.
