Cook syrup from sugar and water.
Peel the kiwi and beat with a blender until smooth. Pour in sugar syrup and mix well. Transfer to a container and cover, put in the refrigerator for 3 hours, stir every 30 minutes.
Our sorbet is ready and can be served.
