Ingredients for - Kiwi Jam

1. Kiwi 600 gram
2. Lemon 1 PC.
3. Sugar 300 gram
4. Gelatin 0.5 tbsp

How to cook deliciously - Kiwi Jam

1 . Stage

Kiwi cut into half rings. Cut the peeled lemon in half, cut one half into half rings, and squeeze the juice from the second.

2 . Stage

Add sugar to kiwi and mix. Put on a slow fire and bring to a boil.

3 . Stage

Cook for 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Then add the swollen gelatin, turn off the heat and mix until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

4 . Stage

For a richer color, I added some green helium dye. Bon Appetit!!!
