These are the kind of koloboks we get. We work immediately with the dough, we roll out the white part as a sausage, I have it 2 cm in diameter. Let's put it in the freezer for 5 minutes.
5 . Stage
Roll out the green part into this rectangle, 9 cm wide. Put the white part and roll it up. And put it back in the freezer for 5 minutes.
6 . Stage
Roll out the cocoa dough also into a rectangle, already 15 cm wide. Take the roll out of the freezer and wrap it in chocolate dough. And put it back in the freezer for 10 minutes.
7 . Stage
Then cut our dough into 0.5 cm wide pucks. And bake in a preheated oven to 170g for 20 minutes. Bon appetit.
