Cooking

1 . Stage

Cut the tomatoes into slices, add chopped onions, steam in a pan under the lid, rub through a sieve.

2 . Stage

Boil the resulting juice to half the original volume. Put the spices in a bag and lower them into a boiling mass.

3 . Stage

Add salt, sugar, vinegar and cook for another 5-7 minutes, then remove the spices, and pour the ready ketchup into bottles or pour into jars and roll up.
