1. Pork stomach 1 PC.
2. Pork 1 kg
3. Chicken egg 5 PC.
4. Bulb onions 100 gram
5. Vegetable oil 100 Ml
6. Black pepper taste
7. Salt taste

How to cook deliciously - Kendyuh

1 . Stage

Clean and thoroughly wash kendyukh, wipe with salt and then rinse again.

2 . Stage

Finely chop the pork or mince it through a large meat grinder.

3 . Stage

Chop onion and fry in vegetable oil.

4 . Stage

Mix meat with onions and add raw eggs, salt and pepper to taste.

5 . Stage

Stuff meat with kendyukh and sew with a thread.

6 . Stage

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until cooked for about 2 hours.
