Kefir, eggs, flour, salt, sugar, mix and lightly beat with a whisk.
In a glass of boiling water add 1/2 tsp. soda, quickly stir and pour into the dough, mix and let stand for 5 minutes. Add 2-3 tbsp. l vegetable oil, mix.
Using a ladle, pour the dough into a pan, bake custard pancakes on kefir until golden on both sides.
