Rinse the chicken, cut into pieces, rinse again. Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the meat with kefir so that it covers each piece on all sides. Leave to marinate for 1 hour, optionally add garlic and any herbs.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 1 hour, serve with any side dish or salad.
Chicken in kefir turns out to be very tender, juicy and aromatic, you can take kefir for cooking of any fat content, but so that it is not too acidic, otherwise the meat will be slightly sour. Add your favorite spices, if you like spicy then do not forget about chili peppers. Cooking is quite simple and fast, you can pickle not so long. This dish is well suited for a large company with a potato side dish with pickles.
