Dip the peeled squid carcasses in boiling, salted water for 1 minute.
Cut boiled eggs into cubes, grate cheese on a coarse grater, finely chop the greens. Mix everything, add sour cream, spices, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Fill the squid carcasses with the prepared filling, fasten the edges with toothpicks. Transfer to a baking dish. Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
Serve the squid warm.
