Rinse, dry and season the meat with spices and salt.
Peel, wash and dry the potatoes, fry in vegetable oil on all sides until golden.
Add meat to the potato and sauté until golden.
Add water, close the lid and simmer over medium heat for 1-1.5 hours. Then mix gently without damaging the potatoes and add salt or spices as needed.
Kabob with lamb is ready, serve sprinkled with chopped onion in half rings.
