Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes, put in a boil.
Beat eggs, mix with water, add salt, add flour and knead soft dough.
Chop onions and lard and fry in a dry pan.
When the potatoes are cooked, add the cottage cheese to the soup. Let it boil. Roll out the dough with a sausage and chop slices directly into the soup.
Add lard with onion, salt to taste and cook after the dough pops up for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped herbs before serving.
