Dice the meat and mushrooms, chop the onion, grate the carrots. Fry everything in vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Beat all the ingredients with a mixer for the dough. Flour can take longer, the dough should be like sour cream or as a pancake.
Pour half the dough into the multicooker bowl and lay out the filling.
Then pour the rest of the dough and cook the cake in the “baking” mode for 45 minutes.
Pouring cake in the multicooker is ready, cut into pieces and serve.
