Cut the pork into pieces and boil until cooked.
Add the chopped carrots, chopped onions and parsley root, chopped bell peppers, chopped garlic, salt to taste.
Beat eggs, add sour cream, some salt and flour, make batter.
Pour the dough slowly into the pan and cook for 5 minutes, then add vinegar and pepper to taste, cook another minute.
Serve sprinkled with herbs.
