For the test, mix kefir with vegetable oil and heat a little, enough to be barely warm.
Sift half the flour into kefir and add the yeast to the flour. Mix well.
Knead the dough with your hands, adding the rest of the flour. The dough should turn out soft, but not stick to your hands. Cover the dough with a towel and leave it in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Divide the finished dough into even pieces about 15 pcs.
Roll each piece of dough a little, put jam in the center and close up the edges and make pies of any shape convenient for you.
Put the pies on the pan covered with parchment, seam down, cover with a towel and place in a warm place for half an hour.
Then grease with a beaten egg, you can also sprinkle with cinnamon and bake in a preheated oven for up to 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the prepared pies with water and cover with a towel until completely cooled.
Jam pies are very tasty and tender. For such pies, you can use any jam or jam. The dough on kefir turns out airy, and the pies themselves are ruddy and soft. Cooking them is not too difficult, it takes a lot of time for the dough to rise.
