1 . Stage
Thinly chop the onion, chop the garlic, cut the tomatoes into cubes. In a large frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil.

Add tomatoes, olives, peppers, parsley and wine. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.

Place the fillet in the sauce. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
