In a bowl mix salt, sugar and yeast.

Make a depression in the center of the flour and pour warm water, add olive oil.

Knead the dough until elastic.

We transfer the dough to an enamel bowl and cover it with a towel or gauze in several layers and put it in the heat. Ideally, it's better to preheat the oven to 50 C, which is what I do. Let the dough stand for 30-40 minutes in the heat.

Then knead the dough for a minute to let the air out of it, and place it on a buttered mold or baking pan. Spread the dough with your hands. I stretched the flatbread ~ D=20 cm. Cover again and put it in the heat, let it rise.
6 . Stage
Use your thumb to make these indentations in the dough, and then put it in the heat for another 10 minutes.
7 . Stage
Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Preferably coarse salt. I did not have coarse salt, so I sprinkled a little sea salt.
8 . Stage
Then dry herbs - rosemary and thyme. We put it in the preheated oven to 200 C for 15 minutes. Depends on the oven, it may take more - 20-25 minutes. Orient yourself according to your oven.

The focaccia is ready.
