Rinse the liver well and chop not large, fry in olive oil for about 5 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and lay on the bottom of the baking dish.
Season and salt to taste, add the garlic passed through the press and put the cut cherry tomatoes. If you take ordinary tomatoes, it is better to remove the skin beforehand.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 25-30 minutes.
