Italian chicken is very tender, juicy, tasty, fragrant and just melts in your mouth. This dish has many variations, in some recipes add mushrooms, other vegetables, and you can also use red wine instead of wine. You can replace these spices at your discretion, you can replace the tomatoes in your own juice with fresh ones, just grate them. Use meat from any part of the chicken.
