Mix cream with milk, condensed milk, whiskey, chocolate syrup, vanilla and almond extract, instant coffee granules in a blender. Beat at high speed for 30 seconds.
Pour Irish cream into a tightly closed container and refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
Shake well before use. Serve with ice, coffee, hot chocolate. Keep in the refrigerator for no more than 2 months.
