Mix butter with powdered sugar.
Add the yolks and mix well.
Gradually add flour by kneading the dough with your hands. Form a ball, wrap with cling film and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, roll out the dough and cut it into any shape, transfer to a baking sheet covered with parchment. Bake for about 10-15 minutes. Spread cookies at a distance from each other since during baking it increases in size.
Cool the finished cookies, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
The Hurabie cookies turn out to be very tender, crumbly and buttery. Cooking is pretty quick, but the dough after the refrigerator is pretty hard to roll out so you have to use a little force. For cooking, it is better to use homemade ghee or just try to find a quality one, because the taste of cookies will completely depend on the oil.
