Cut the rabbit into portions, grate with salt and pepper. Fry until light brown in vegetable oil.
Transfer the meat into a baking dish, add the crushed garlic cloves, chopped tomatoes and olives. Pour in the wine and lay on top of a sprig of rosemary.
Cover with foil and bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes, then remove the foil and cook another 10 minutes.
