Onion cut into half rings, carrots and potatoes - cubes. Cut the sausages not very large, chop the green onion and dill finely, crush the garlic with the flat side of the knife and chop finely.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion and carrots until soft.
Then add sausages to the vegetables and cook until they are rosy. Put ready-made sausages with vegetables in a bowl.
Transfer potatoes to a pan and cook until fully cooked.
Add salt and pepper to taste, add garlic, mix and cook for a minute.
Add sausages to the potato and warm everything for 2 minutes.
Pour chopped greens at the very end, mix and remove from heat. Bon Appetit!!!
