Finely chop the onion and fry over high heat until golden brown in vegetable oil, add paprika to it.
Put the onions in a pan and add the meat sliced into pieces, mix and simmer over low heat until the meat juice evaporates.
Add garlic, a pinch of cumin, a little water. Stew until meat is cooked.
Dice the pepper, tomato and potato and add to the beef.
Mix Hungarian goulash well and add water at your discretion, how liquid you want the dish. Cook until vegetables are cooked.
