Serve sandwiches immediately while hot.
Hot sandwiches with saury turn out to be very tasty, the filling is juicy and tender, covered with the most delicate melted cheese, and the bread turns out to be crispy and slightly fried below. In order for the bread to be cooked properly, it needs to be cut quite thinly, then it should be dried in the oven. Such sandwiches are perfect as an addition to the first courses or as a separate snack on a simple and festive table.
