Sausages cut into slices of about 1 cm. Fry in a pan until golden brown on a small amount of oil.

Beat the egg with salt and pepper, pour the breadcrumbs and flour into separate bowls. Roll onion rings in flour, dip in egg, then roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry in large quantities of oil until golden brown on all sides.
Serve warm with any sauce.
