Wash the tomato and cut into circles. Grate the cheese. Wash, dry and chop greens.
Chop the ham. It is good to sprinkle pita bread with cold water and put it on a frying pan heated with vegetable or butter so that the edges hang over the sides of the pan.
Put a circle of tomato in the middle of the pita leaf. Salt a little. On top of a tomato is a circle of ham.
Then break the raw egg. Salt, pepper. Sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped herbs on top.
Turn the edges of the pita bread to the center and fry until golden brown. Gently flip to the other side, sprinkle with grated cheese and fry for a few more minutes.
