Cooking cream: whisk condensed milk with a whisk with orange juice and sour cream. Here you can adjust the density of the cream by varying the amount of juice and sour cream. It turns out about 500 ml of cream.
Divide the finished cake hot into two parts and cut off the uneven edges, keeping the trim for sprinkling.
