Grind the nuts well.
Whisk milk with honey, sugar, eggs.
Separately mix flour, sugar, vanillin and soda. Pour the milk mixture into the dry mixture, mix well and add the nuts.
Pour the finished dough into greased tins not filling them completely. Bake muffins for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
Honey-nut muffins are ready, let cool slightly then remove from the molds.
