Mix honey, olive oil, salt, pepper, juice of one and grated zest of two lemons.

2. Stage

We put the chicken fillet in a baking dish, pour the lemon-honey mixture on top and evenly distribute it through the meat.

3. Stage

We put the mold in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake, periodically pouring the marinade on top for about 35 minutes, until the fillet becomes golden brown and the sauce evaporates almost completely. Honey lemon breasts are ready.
