Rinse and dry the chicken carcass with a towel.
Mix in a bowl soy sauce, vegetable oil, vinegar and honey, add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Lubricate the whole chicken with the resulting marinade inside and out. Leave on for 15 minutes.
Transfer the chicken to the baking dish covered with foil, grease it with the marinade and pour a little water into the mold. Bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes, lubricate with marinade during cooking.
Serve hot water over the resulting sauce.
