Melt the butter with honey and sugar until smooth.
When the mass boils, add soda, cook constantly stir until the color becomes caramel. After adding soda, the mass will begin to foam and increase in volume. Remove from heat and refrigerate.
Drive eggs into the cooled mass and mix until smooth.
Add flour and mix well. Place the dough in the refrigerator until completely cooled.
Roll out the finished dough and cut a pair of circles. Bake in a preheated oven for up to 180 C for 5-8 minutes.
For cream, whip the cream with powdered sugar until stable and add the curd cheese.
Using a pastry bag, drop the cream on one cake, then cover with a second and also top the cream. Place the cakes in a container with a lid and leave them in the refrigerator for several hours so that they are well soaked.
Decorate the finished cakes to your taste and can be served.
