For the test, mix the eggs with sugar and margarine, put in a water bath, add honey and soda constantly mix.
Remove from heat and add flour, knead the dough.
Divide the dough into even parts.
Roll out the dough into layers, you can immediately cut out the shape, but better after baking then the cakes will be smoother. Bake at 180 degrees for about 5 minutes or until golden brown. Cut the shape, leave the trim for sprinkling.
For the cream, knead the bananas with a fork and add condensed milk, add cocoa to 1/3 of the cream.
Coat the cakes with alternating cream, grease the last cakes with chocolate cream.
Decorate the honey cake at your discretion, sprinkle the sides with frayed fragments. Allow to soak for several hours, the more the better.
