Rinse the chicken well and dry with paper towels. Mix honey with garlic passed through a press, add salt and spices to taste.
Lubricate the whole chicken with the sauce and even inside. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
Bake at 200 for about 1 hour, periodically pour over the resulting juice.
