Dilute the yeast in warm water, let stand for several minutes, then add salt, olive oil and flour.
Knead the dough well with your hands; it should be elastic. Cover with a towel and place in a warm place so that the dough fits 2 times.
Divide the finished dough into 8 parts and roll out with a rolling pin, approximately 5 mm thick.
Bake in the oven at 220 degrees on a dry baking tray for 3 minutes, cover the prepared cakes with a towel. If cooking in a pan, then heat the pan well, grease with a few drops of oil and put out a cake, cook for several minutes on each side.
You can eat warm and cold.
