Melt the iris in a water bath with cream 5 tbsp. l .. Then remove from heat and add butter and mix until smooth.
Pour melted iris into silicone molds or candy molds. Put nuts on each toffee .
Melt the chocolate in a water bath with the rest of the cream. Cover the sweets with chocolate on top of the nuts. Put homemade Toffifi in the freezer for 5 hours. Then pull out from the mold and you can eat.
