Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Put grated cheese, room temperature butter, flour, salt in a blender and grind into small crumbs. Then add water and whisk again until a homogeneous dough is formed.
Wrap the finished dough in cling film and set it in the refrigerator for thirty minutes.
Roll the chilled dough thinly, cut into small pieces and spread on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
We bake cheese crackers in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
