Mix coconut flakes with condensed milk. Blind bars or balls, place on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath and dip each bar on all sides. Place the candies in the refrigerator until the chocolate has completely set.
Store finished candies in the refrigerator.
