We clean the onions, cut two onions quite finely, until the rest we touch.
In the minced meat we put one egg and chopped onion, add salt and pepper, knead very carefully. Grind greens and add to the meat.
Minced meat is divided into 4 equal parts and form a flat “cutlet” from each. Holstein steaks should be about the size of a palm.
Fry the beefsteak in Holstein style in butter from two sides until golden brown. Set aside and leave in a warm place so that they do not cool.
Cut the remaining onion into rings. Fry it in a pan where the meat was fried for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. It should remain slightly crunchy.
Put the beefsteak in the Holstein style on a plate, put the fried onions on top.
From eggs, we make fried eggs, cut it into 4 parts so that each has one yolk, and lay it on top of the steaks with onions. Sprinkle with green onions.
