Cooking
1 . Stage
For the dough: melt butter and yolks and sugar

2 . Stage
Add 1 tbsp. sour cream, baking soda and flour and knead the dough.

3 . Stage
Bake three crusts. Bake until browned

4 . Stage
Let's take care of the cream: rinse the prunes, steamed if necessary, and remove the seeds. Then run through a meat grinder.

5 . Stage
Beat 300g of butter with 1/2 cup of granulated sugar. In a separate bowl, whip the sour cream with 1/2 cup sugar, gently add to the whipped butter and whip again

6 . Stage
Add prunes to the cream, stir. add peeled and chopped walnuts (I don't like too small nuts in baked goods)

7 . Stage
And now we assemble our cake. Fold the cakes, each one spreading the cream. The last cake also spread the cream, and also cover the sides of our cake with it. Whip the remaining egg whites with half a cup of sugar (powdered sugar is better) and smear the cake on all sides...

8 . Stage
Decorate to your liking, I did this:

9 . Stage
And this is the cake the next day, before the ceremonial "sticking" of candles into it.

10 . Stage
Such a tidbit!
