How to cook deliciously - Herring in caviar sauce
1 . Stage
Cut the gutted herring into clean fillets and cut into slices. Save the caviar and the molluscs, remove the excess foil.

In the bowl of a blender, put the caviar and milk, add chopped onion and peeled apple, add lemon juice and mustard, pour a spoonful of powder. Beat until smooth.

Pour the soy sauce, I used sweet sauce for spiciness. Sprinkle with black pepper. Beat again, pouring in vegetable oil a little at a time, until a light sauce with a creamy consistency forms.

Place the pieces of herring in a jar and pour the sauce in layers. Put in the refrigerator for 5 hours.

Serve with hot potatoes. A shot of ice-cold vodka is highly recommended.
